Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy uses water, in various forms, to boost the immune system, increase circulation, detoxify, relieve pain, reduce stress, increase mobility, help with sleep, improve mental outlook, and support good health. Combining hydrotherapy with heat and/or cold offers additional treatment options. Herbs, oils, and minerals may be added to the process enhancing therapeutic effects. Some common forms of hydrotherapy include: hot/cold compresses, baths and showers, sauna and steam baths, colon irrigation, wraps and more
