The trainer not only focuses on daily physical habits, nutrition, and physical activity, but also how you cope with stress, self-limiting behavior, distractions, goals and desires, obstacles and barriers – including time, motivation, and social support. Sessions may include mindfulness practice, strength, balance, flexibility and mentoring.
