The word “anusara” means “flowing with grace”. Anusara Yoga is a modern yoga form that embraces more than 260 poses to practice. All the asanas can be primarily categorized into three types: 1) Attitude, 2) Alignment and 3) Action. Attitude focuses on connecting a heart to all movements. Alignment is to make awareness of how different parts of your body are internally connected. Action is to realize the flow of energy within your body. Anusara yoga helps us with self-examination, discovery and being open to new ideas.
