Color Therapy

Color therapy, also known as Chromotherapy, has been used for centuries to successfully cure various diseases and promote feelings of wellbeing. Today, practitioners understand the effects that colors have on the physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. Every color vibrates at a certain frequency and carries their own unique healing properties. Likewise, every organ, tissue, emotion and thought has their own frequency. Examples are: Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), a mild form of depression from sunlight deprivation; Painting rooms different colors to improve sleep; colors in nature to improve mood. Practitioners match up color frequencies to specific areas of the body to enhance healing, help the body to detoxify and balance the Body Chakras.
