Cranial Sacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive hands-on form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column, and sacrum. Using a soft touch, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system to help alleviate stress and pain. Craniosacral Therapy helps the body to detoxify by opening and supporting pathways for circulation and lymphatic drainage. It is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with motor-coordination impairment, concussions, PTSD, learning disabilities, emotional difficulties, and chronic fatigue. CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease.
